Estos Términos regulan la compra de productos digitales especializados por industria comercializados bajo la marca DEEC Studio y la familia DEEC Business Suite.
1. Producto y alcance
Cada producto tiene un alcance funcional propio. La compra es de un producto definido con personalización delimitada e instalación inicial según la descripción del producto y el pedido confirmado. No es una suscripción a DEEC Studio ni un encargo de desarrollo abierto. Las funciones adicionales, integraciones o cambios no están incluidos salvo acuerdo expreso.
2. Precio y pago
El precio se expresa en dólares estadounidenses (USD). El pago es único y se procesa mediante Whop. El precio y los impuestos o cargos aplicables se comunicarán al cliente antes de confirmar la compra, conforme a los requisitos del mercado correspondiente. Los servicios externos necesarios para operar la instalación son independientes del precio de DEEC Studio, salvo que la oferta indique expresamente lo contrario. El cliente contrata, paga y mantiene esos servicios.
3. Información y personalización
El cliente proporciona información, materiales y accesos necesarios mediante el portal del pedido o el formulario indicado. La personalización comienza cuando DEEC recibe los elementos necesarios. El pago por sí solo no inicia la personalización. DEEC comunicará por el portal la recepción y las aclaraciones o elementos faltantes.
El plazo de entrega se confirma individualmente para cada pedido. Si faltan materiales, información o accesos indispensables, el plazo se pausa durante el retraso atribuible al cliente. Al reanudarse, se confirma la nueva fecha estimada.
4. Instalación, pruebas y entrega
DEEC personaliza dentro del alcance contratado, realiza la instalación inicial en la infraestructura del cliente y prueba las funciones incluidas. La entrega se comunica y registra en el portal. El código fuente se proporciona mediante el repositorio GitHub asociado al producto.
El repositorio puede no incluir bases de datos, secretos, credenciales, archivos cargados, configuración operativa ni servicios externos. El cliente mantiene su infraestructura, cuentas y credenciales. El acceso posterior de DEEC requiere autorización y se limita al periodo de garantía.
5. Portal temporal
Está previsto que el portal individual gestione el pedido y las confirmaciones de pago, la recepción de información y materiales, la personalización, las confirmaciones, las pausas, las fechas, la entrega, los tickets de soporte y la garantía de 30 días. Permanece disponible durante el ciclo del proyecto y la garantía; después se desactiva el enlace. El portal no es una suscripción ni un servicio permanente.
6. Garantía y soporte
La garantía comercial dura 30 días desde la instalación y cubre fallos de funciones incluidas. No comprende nuevas funciones, cambios de alcance, contenido, reinstalaciones ni mantenimiento continuo. Las modificaciones del cliente o de terceros no anulan automáticamente toda la garantía; se excluye un fallo cuando se establece que fue causado por la modificación. Los componentes originales no afectados conservan la cobertura.
Después de la garantía no se incluye soporte ni mantenimiento continuo como servicio ordinario. Los servicios externos dependen de sus proveedores.
7. Cancelaciones y reembolsos
Se aplican las etapas de la Política de Pagos, Cancelaciones y Reembolsos: cancelación con reembolso íntegro del pago recibido (100 %) antes del inicio efectivo de personalización; reembolso comercial del 50 % si la personalización comenzó pero la instalación aún no; y ausencia de reembolso parcial voluntario desde el inicio de instalación o entrega, sujeto siempre a derechos obligatorios aplicables.
8. Uso, responsabilidades y evolución
El cliente puede modificar su instalación o contratar terceros. Puede utilizarla en sucursales de la misma empresa contratante; franquicias o entidades jurídicas distintas no se incluyen automáticamente. No puede revender, sublicenciar ni distribuir el producto. El cliente administra su contenido y actividad comercial. DEEC no garantiza ventas, ingresos ni resultados comerciales, ni promete funciones futuras, mejoras gratuitas o fechas de desarrollo.
9. Documentos relacionados
La Política de Pagos, Cancelaciones y Reembolsos complementa estos Términos. Los derechos sobre código y tecnología se describen en la Política de Propiedad Intelectual. El tratamiento de información, cookies e IA se rige por la Política de Privacidad, Política de Cookies y Aviso de Uso de Inteligencia Artificial, cuando corresponda. El uso general del sitio se describe en el Aviso de Uso del Sitio.

These Terms govern the purchase of industry-specialized digital products sold under the DEEC Studio brand and the DEEC Business Suite family.
1. Product and scope
Each product has its own functional scope. The purchase is of a defined product with limited customization and an initial installation according to the product description and the confirmed order. It is not a subscription to DEEC Studio or an open-ended development engagement. Additional functions, integrations or changes are not included unless expressly agreed.
2. Price and payment
The price is expressed in United States dollars (USD). Payment is a single payment and is processed through Whop. The price and any applicable taxes or charges will be communicated to the customer before the purchase is confirmed, in accordance with the requirements of the relevant market. The external services needed to operate the installation are independent of DEEC Studio's price, unless the offer expressly states otherwise. The customer contracts, pays for and maintains those services.
3. Information and customization
The customer provides the necessary information, materials and access through the order portal or the designated form. Customization begins when DEEC receives the necessary elements. Payment alone does not start customization. DEEC will communicate through the portal the receipt of items and any clarifications or missing elements.
The delivery period is confirmed individually for each order. If indispensable materials, information or access are missing, the period is paused for the delay attributable to the customer. When work resumes, the new estimated date is confirmed.
4. Installation, testing and delivery
DEEC customizes within the contracted scope, performs the initial installation on the customer's infrastructure and tests the included functions. Delivery is communicated and recorded in the portal. The source code is provided through the GitHub repository associated with the product.
The repository may not include databases, secrets, credentials, uploaded files, operational configuration or external services. The customer maintains their infrastructure, accounts and credentials. DEEC's later access requires authorization and is limited to the warranty period.
5. Temporary portal
The individual portal is expected to manage the order and payment confirmations, the receipt of information and materials, customization, confirmations, pauses, dates, delivery, support tickets and the 30-day warranty. It remains available during the project cycle and the warranty; afterwards the link is deactivated. The portal is not a subscription or a permanent service.
6. Warranty and support
The commercial warranty lasts 30 days from installation and covers failures of included functions. It does not cover new functions, scope changes, content, reinstallations or ongoing maintenance. Modifications by the customer or third parties do not automatically void the entire warranty; a failure is excluded when it is established that it was caused by the modification. Original components that are not affected keep their coverage.
After the warranty, support and ongoing maintenance are not included as an ordinary service. External services depend on their providers.
7. Cancellations and refunds
The stages of the Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy apply: cancellation with a full refund of the payment received (100%) before the effective start of customization; a commercial refund of 50% if customization has begun but installation has not; and no voluntary partial refund from the start of installation or delivery, always subject to applicable mandatory rights.
8. Use, responsibilities and evolution
The customer may modify their installation or hire third parties. They may use it at branches of the same contracting company; franchises or distinct legal entities are not automatically included. They may not resell, sublicense or distribute the product. The customer manages their content and commercial activity. DEEC does not guarantee sales, revenue or commercial results, and does not promise future functions, free improvements or development dates.
9. Related documents
The Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy complements these Terms. The rights in code and technology are described in the Intellectual Property Policy. The processing of information, cookies and AI is governed by the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy and the Artificial Intelligence Use Notice, where applicable. The general use of the site is described in the Site Use Notice.

تحكم هذه الشروط شراء المنتجات الرقمية المتخصصة بحسب القطاع التي تُسوّق تحت العلامة التجارية DEEC Studio وعائلة DEEC Business Suite.
1. المنتج والنطاق
لكل منتج نطاق وظيفي خاص به. ويكون الشراء لمنتج محدد بتخصيص محدود وتركيب أولي وفق وصف المنتج والطلب المؤكد. ولا يمثل اشتراكاً في DEEC Studio ولا تكليفاً بتطوير مفتوح النطاق. ولا تشمل الوظائف أو عمليات التكامل أو التغييرات الإضافية ما لم يُتفق عليها صراحةً.
2. السعر والدفع
يُحدد السعر بالدولار الأمريكي (USD). ويُبلغ العميل بالسعر وأي ضرائب أو رسوم منطبقة قبل تأكيد الشراء، وفق متطلبات السوق المعني. والدفع لمرة واحدة، وتُعالج المدفوعات عبر Whop. وتكون الخدمات الخارجية اللازمة لتشغيل التركيب مستقلة عن سعر DEEC Studio ما لم ينص العرض صراحةً على خلاف ذلك. ويتعاقد العميل على تلك الخدمات ويدفعها ويحافظ عليها.
3. المعلومات والتخصيص
يقدم العميل المعلومات والمواد وبيانات الوصول اللازمة عبر بوابة الطلب أو النموذج المحدد. ويبدأ التخصيص عندما تتلقى DEEC العناصر اللازمة. ولا يبدأ التخصيص بمجرد الدفع. وتبلغ DEEC عبر البوابة باستلام العناصر وبأي نواقص أو إيضاحات مطلوبة.
يُؤكد موعد التسليم بصورة منفصلة لكل طلب. وإذا كانت المواد أو المعلومات أو صلاحيات الوصول اللازمة ناقصة، تتوقف المدة أثناء التأخير المنسوب إلى العميل. ويُؤكد موعد تقديري جديد عند استئناف العمل.
4. التركيب والاختبار والتسليم
تخصص DEEC المنتج ضمن النطاق المتعاقد عليه، وتجري التركيب الأولي على البنية التحتية للعميل، وتختبر الوظائف المدرجة. ويُبلّغ عن التسليم ويُسجل عبر البوابة. ويُسلّم الكود المصدري عبر مستودع GitHub المرتبط بالمنتج.
قد لا يتضمن المستودع قواعد البيانات أو الأسرار أو بيانات الاعتماد أو الملفات المحمّلة أو الإعدادات التشغيلية أو الخدمات الخارجية. ويحافظ العميل على بنيته التحتية وحساباته وبيانات اعتماده. ويتطلب وصول DEEC بعد التسليم إذناً ويقتصر على فترة الضمان.
5. البوابة المؤقتة
من المقرر أن تدعم البوابة الفردية والمؤقتة دورة الطلب، بما يشمل تأكيدات الدفع والطلب، واستلام المعلومات والمواد، والتخصيص، وفترات التوقف، والتأكيدات، والتسليم، وتذاكر الدعم، وضمان الثلاثين يوماً. ومن المقرر أن تظل متاحة خلال المشروع وفترة الضمان، ثم يُعطّل رابطها. ولا تمثل البوابة اشتراكاً ولا خدمة دائمة.
6. الضمان والدعم
يدوم الضمان التجاري 30 يوماً من تاريخ التركيب ويغطي أعطال الوظائف المدرجة. ولا يشمل وظائف جديدة أو تغييرات في النطاق أو المحتوى أو إعادة التركيب أو الصيانة المستمرة. ولا تؤدي تعديلات العميل أو الأطراف الثالثة تلقائياً إلى إلغاء الضمان بالكامل؛ ويُستثنى العطل إذا ثبت أن التعديل تسبب فيه. وتظل المكونات الأصلية غير المتأثرة مشمولة.
بعد انتهاء الضمان، لا يشمل الشراء دعماً مستمراً أو صيانة كخدمة اعتيادية. وتعتمد الخدمات الخارجية على مزوديها.
7. الإلغاء واسترداد المبالغ
تُطبق المراحل الواردة في سياسة الدفع والإلغاء واسترداد المبالغ: استرداد كامل المبلغ المدفوع (100%) قبل البدء الفعلي في التخصيص؛ واسترداد تجاري بنسبة 50% إذا بدأ التخصيص ولم يبدأ التركيب؛ وعدم استرداد جزئي عند الإلغاء الاختياري بعد بدء التركيب أو التسليم، مع مراعاة الحقوق الإلزامية دائماً.
8. الاستخدام والمسؤوليات والتطوير المستقبلي
يجوز للعميل تعديل تركيبه أو الاستعانة بأطراف ثالثة. ويجوز استخدامه في فروع الشركة المتعاقدة نفسها؛ ولا تشمل الامتيازات التجارية أو الكيانات القانونية المنفصلة تلقائياً. ولا يجوز للعميل إعادة بيع المنتج أو الترخيص من الباطن أو توزيعه. ويدير العميل محتواه ونشاطه التجاري. ولا تضمن DEEC المبيعات أو الإيرادات أو النتائج التجارية، ولا تعد بوظائف مستقبلية أو تحسينات مجانية أو مواعيد تطوير.
9. المستندات ذات الصلة
تُكمل سياسة الدفع والإلغاء واسترداد المبالغ هذه الشروط. وتصف سياسة الملكية الفكرية الحقوق في الكود والتقنية. وتخضع معالجة المعلومات وملفات تعريف الارتباط والذكاء الاصطناعي، بحسب الاقتضاء، لـسياسة الخصوصية وسياسة ملفات تعريف الارتباط وإشعار استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي. ويُوصف الاستخدام العام للموقع في إشعار استخدام الموقع.
