Esta Política describe las categorías de información personal que pueden intervenir cuando una persona consulta, compra o utiliza productos de DEEC Studio. DEEC Studio es la marca comercial de los productos digitales especializados por industria agrupados bajo DEEC Business Suite. Para consultas sobre privacidad: legal@deecstudio.site.
1. Categorías de información
Según la operación realizada y las herramientas efectivamente utilizadas, la información puede incluir:
- identificación, contacto, negocio y datos de facturación que la persona proporciona;
- datos de pedido, producto elegido, estado de pago y referencias de transacción;
- información ingresada en formularios o cuestionarios, y materiales entregados para personalización;
- registros de aceptación de términos, preferencias o consentimientos, incluidas fecha, hora y evidencia técnica asociada cuando se genere;
- comunicaciones, solicitudes, reuniones, tickets y registros de soporte, si se utilizan esos canales;
- datos técnicos del dispositivo, navegador, conexión, acceso y seguridad cuando los sistemas los generen;
- datos asociados con cookies, etiquetas, analítica, atribución o medición publicitaria cuando esas herramientas estén habilitadas;
- información procesada por proveedores de pago, formularios, comunicaciones, alojamiento, videollamadas, almacenamiento, automatización y operación, según las funciones empleadas;
- información tratada por sistemas de inteligencia artificial únicamente cuando una función los utilice y los datos sean necesarios para esa función.
Esta lista describe categorías posibles y no afirma que cada categoría se recoja en todas las interacciones.
2. Fuentes
La información puede proceder de la persona que realiza la consulta o pedido, de su interacción con el sitio o portal, de los proveedores que participan en una transacción o función solicitada y de los registros técnicos generados por los sistemas utilizados.
3. Finalidades
La información puede utilizarse, según corresponda, para gestionar pedidos y pagos; recibir materiales y aclaraciones; personalizar, instalar, probar y entregar el producto contratado; registrar pausas, fechas y confirmaciones; gestionar tickets y la garantía de 30 días; mantener la seguridad y trazabilidad operativa; cumplir obligaciones aplicables y atender reclamaciones; y operar analítica o medición publicitaria cuando dichas herramientas estén habilitadas.
4. Portal y ciclo del pedido
Está previsto que el portal individual y temporal gestione las confirmaciones de pago y el pedido, la recepción de información y materiales, la personalización, las pausas, las confirmaciones, la entrega, los tickets de soporte y la garantía de 30 días. Permanece disponible durante el ciclo del proyecto y la garantía; después se desactiva el enlace. La información propia vinculada al pedido se conserva durante el ciclo del proyecto y hasta que finalice la garantía, conforme a la sección de conservación.
La instalación del producto se aloja en infraestructura del cliente. El cliente administra esa infraestructura, sus cuentas y los datos que incorpore. El acceso de DEEC Studio a la instalación después de la entrega requiere autorización y se limita al periodo de garantía, conforme al alcance contratado.
5. Proveedores
Whop procesa los pagos; GitHub se utiliza para entregar el código fuente; Meta se utiliza para campañas publicitarias. Otros proveedores pueden participar en formularios, comunicaciones, alojamiento, almacenamiento, videollamadas, automatización y herramientas operativas cuando esas funciones se utilicen. La participación de un proveedor en una categoría no significa que reciba todos los datos ni que se utilice para todas las finalidades. El tratamiento que cada proveedor realice está sujeto a sus propias condiciones y avisos.
El uso de Meta para campañas no implica por sí solo que un píxel o etiqueta de Meta esté instalado en el sitio. El uso de cookies o tecnologías de seguimiento se describe en la Política de Cookies.
6. Inteligencia artificial
Si una función operativa o producto utiliza inteligencia artificial, la información necesaria para esa función puede ser procesada por el sistema y proveedor aplicables. No todos los sistemas reciben todos los datos ni se utilizan para todas las finalidades. Los detalles se rigen por el Aviso de Uso de Inteligencia Artificial y la descripción del producto correspondiente.
7. Conservación
DEEC Studio conserva la información propia vinculada a la gestión del pedido durante el ciclo del proyecto y hasta la finalización de la garantía de 30 días. Después eliminará la información que ya no sea necesaria, salvo la que deba conservarse por obligaciones legales o contables, seguridad, reclamaciones pendientes, copias de respaldo o requisitos técnicos. Las cookies, etiquetas publicitarias y registros técnicos tienen plazos distintos según su finalidad y configuración real. Los datos que conserven proveedores externos se rigen por sus propias políticas y plazos; no se promete la eliminación absoluta de todos los datos al finalizar la garantía.
8. Derechos y solicitudes
Los derechos sobre información personal dependen de la legislación aplicable a cada persona y tratamiento. Las solicitudes pueden dirigirse a legal@deecstudio.site. La respuesta y verificación se realizarán conforme a las normas que resulten aplicables.
9. Seguridad y cambios
DEEC Studio limita el uso de la información a las finalidades relacionadas con la operación descrita y aplica medidas de protección adecuadas a los sistemas y datos utilizados. Esta Política puede actualizarse si cambian las operaciones o las herramientas empleadas; la versión vigente se publicará en el sitio.

This Policy describes the categories of personal information that may be involved when a person browses, purchases or uses DEEC Studio products. DEEC Studio is the commercial brand of the industry-specialized digital products grouped under DEEC Business Suite. For privacy inquiries: legal@deecstudio.site.
1. Categories of information
Depending on the operation carried out and the tools actually used, the information may include:
- identification, contact, business and billing data that the person provides;
- order data, the product chosen, payment status and transaction references;
- information entered in forms or questionnaires, and materials delivered for customization;
- records of acceptance of terms, preferences or consents, including date, time and associated technical evidence when generated;
- communications, requests, meetings, tickets and support records, if those channels are used;
- technical data about the device, browser, connection, access and security when the systems generate it;
- data associated with cookies, tags, analytics, attribution or advertising measurement when those tools are enabled;
- information processed by payment, forms, communications, hosting, video call, storage, automation and operations providers, depending on the functions used;
- information handled by artificial intelligence systems only when a function uses them and the data is necessary for that function.
This list describes possible categories and does not state that each category is collected in every interaction.
2. Sources
The information may come from the person making the inquiry or order, from their interaction with the site or portal, from the providers that take part in a requested transaction or function, and from the technical records generated by the systems used.
3. Purposes
The information may be used, as appropriate, to manage orders and payments; receive materials and clarifications; customize, install, test and deliver the contracted product; record pauses, dates and confirmations; manage tickets and the 30-day warranty; maintain security and operational traceability; comply with applicable obligations and handle claims; and operate analytics or advertising measurement when those tools are enabled.
4. Portal and order cycle
The individual, temporary portal is expected to manage payment and order confirmations, the receipt of information and materials, customization, pauses, confirmations, delivery, support tickets and the 30-day warranty. It remains available during the project cycle and the warranty; afterwards the link is deactivated. DEEC Studio's own information linked to the order is kept during the project cycle and until the warranty ends, in accordance with the retention section.
The product installation is hosted on the customer's infrastructure. The customer administers that infrastructure, their accounts and the data they add. DEEC Studio's access to the installation after delivery requires authorization and is limited to the warranty period, in accordance with the contracted scope.
5. Providers
Whop processes payments; GitHub is used to deliver the source code; Meta is used for advertising campaigns. Other providers may take part in forms, communications, hosting, storage, video calls, automation and operational tools when those functions are used. The participation of a provider in a category does not mean that it receives all data or is used for all purposes. The processing each provider carries out is subject to its own terms and notices.
The use of Meta for campaigns does not in itself imply that a Meta pixel or tag is installed on the site. The use of cookies or tracking technologies is described in the Cookie Policy.
6. Artificial intelligence
If an operational function or product uses artificial intelligence, the information necessary for that function may be processed by the applicable system and provider. Not all systems receive all data or are used for all purposes. The details are governed by the Artificial Intelligence Use Notice and the description of the relevant product.
7. Retention
DEEC Studio keeps its own information linked to the management of the order during the project cycle and until the end of the 30-day warranty. Afterwards it will delete the information that is no longer necessary, except what must be kept for legal or accounting obligations, security, pending claims, backup copies or technical requirements. Cookies, advertising tags and technical records have different periods depending on their purpose and actual configuration. Data kept by external providers is governed by their own policies and periods; absolute deletion of all data at the end of the warranty is not promised.
8. Rights and requests
Rights over personal information depend on the law applicable to each person and processing. Requests may be sent to legal@deecstudio.site. The response and verification will be carried out in accordance with the rules that apply.
9. Security and changes
DEEC Studio limits the use of information to purposes related to the operation described and applies protection measures appropriate to the systems and data used. This Policy may be updated if operations or the tools used change; the current version will be published on the site.
10. Related documents
This Policy is coordinated with the Cookie Policy, the Artificial Intelligence Use Notice, the Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy, the Terms and Conditions of Purchase and the Intellectual Property Policy. The general use of the site is described in the Site Use Notice.

2. المصادر
قد تأتي المعلومات من الشخص الذي يقدم استفساراً أو طلباً، أو من تفاعله مع الموقع أو البوابة، أو من المزودين المشاركين في معاملة أو وظيفة مطلوبة، أو من السجلات التقنية التي تنشئها الأنظمة المستخدمة.

4. البوابة ودورة الطلب
من المقرر أن تدير البوابة الفردية والمؤقتة تأكيدات الدفع والطلب، واستلام المعلومات والمواد، والتخصيص، وفترات التوقف، والتسليم، والتذاكر والضمان. وتظل متاحة خلال دورة المشروع والضمان؛ وبعد ذلك يُعطَّل الرابط. وتُحفظ معلومات DEEC Studio الخاصة بالطلب خلال دورة المشروع وحتى انتهاء الضمان، وفق قسم الاحتفاظ.
يُستضاف تركيب المنتج على البنية التحتية للعميل. ويدير العميل تلك البنية وحساباته والبيانات التي يضيفها. ويتطلب وصول DEEC Studio إلى التركيب بعد التسليم إذناً، ويقتصر على فترة الضمان وفق النطاق المتعاقد عليه.
5. المزودون
تعالج Whop المدفوعات؛ وتُستخدم GitHub لتسليم الكود المصدري؛ وتُستخدم Meta للحملات الإعلانية. وقد يشارك مزودون آخرون في النماذج والاتصالات والاستضافة والتخزين ومكالمات الفيديو والأتمتة والأدوات التشغيلية عند استخدام تلك الوظائف. ولا تعني مشاركة مزود في فئة أنه يتلقى جميع البيانات أو يُستخدم لكل غرض. وتخضع معالجة كل مزود لشروطه وإشعاراته الخاصة.
لا يعني استخدام Meta للحملات بحد ذاته تثبيت بكسل أو علامة من Meta على الموقع. وتصف سياسة ملفات تعريف الارتباط ملفات تعريف الارتباط وتقنيات التتبع.
6. الذكاء الاصطناعي
إذا استخدمت وظيفة تشغيلية أو منتج الذكاء الاصطناعي، فقد يعالج النظام والمزود المعنيان المعلومات اللازمة لتلك الوظيفة. ولا تتلقى جميع الأنظمة كل البيانات ولا تُستخدم لكل الأغراض. وتخضع التفاصيل لـإشعار استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي ووصف المنتج المعني.
7. الاحتفاظ
تحتفظ DEEC Studio بالمعلومات الخاصة بإدارة الطلب خلال دورة المشروع وحتى انتهاء ضمان الثلاثين يوماً. وبعد ذلك ستحذف المعلومات التي لم تعد لازمة، باستثناء ما يجب الاحتفاظ به للالتزامات القانونية أو المحاسبية أو الأمن أو المطالبات المعلقة أو النسخ الاحتياطية أو المتطلبات التقنية. وتختلف مدد ملفات تعريف الارتباط والعلامات الإعلانية والسجلات التقنية بحسب غرضها وإعدادها الفعلي. وتخضع البيانات التي يحتفظ بها مزودون خارجيون لسياساتهم ومددهم الخاصة؛ ولا يُوعد بحذف مطلق لجميع البيانات عند انتهاء الضمان.
8. الحقوق والطلبات
تعتمد الحقوق المتعلقة بالمعلومات الشخصية على القانون المنطبق على كل شخص وعملية معالجة. ويمكن إرسال الطلبات إلى legal@deecstudio.site. وتتم الاستجابة والتحقق وفق القواعد المنطبقة.
9. الأمن والتعديلات
تقصر DEEC Studio استخدام المعلومات على الأغراض المرتبطة بالعمليات الموضحة، وتطبق تدابير حماية ملائمة للأنظمة والبيانات المستخدمة. ويجوز تحديث هذه السياسة إذا تغيرت العمليات أو الأدوات؛ وتُنشر النسخة السارية على الموقع.
10. المستندات ذات الصلة
تنسق هذه السياسة مع سياسة ملفات تعريف الارتباط وإشعار استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي وسياسة الدفع والإلغاء واسترداد المبالغ وشروط وأحكام الشراء وسياسة الملكية الفكرية. ويُوصف الاستخدام العام للموقع في إشعار استخدام الموقع.
