Esta Política establece las condiciones comerciales de pagos, cancelaciones y reembolsos para productos digitales de DEEC Studio. Los precios se expresan en dólares estadounidenses (USD). El precio y los impuestos o cargos aplicables se comunicarán al cliente antes de confirmar la compra, conforme a los requisitos del mercado correspondiente. El pago se procesa mediante Whop. Los servicios externos necesarios para operar el producto se pagan por separado, salvo que la oferta indique expresamente lo contrario.
1. Cancelación voluntaria
- Antes del inicio efectivo de la personalización: el cliente puede cancelar y recibir el reembolso íntegro del pago recibido (100 %), incluso si ya envió materiales.
- Después del inicio efectivo de la personalización y antes del inicio de la instalación: corresponde el reembolso comercial del 50 %.
- Una vez iniciado el proceso de instalación o entrega: la política comercial no contempla reembolso parcial por cancelación voluntaria.
La personalización comienza cuando DEEC recibe la información y los materiales necesarios mediante el portal o formulario indicado. Enviar materiales incompletos no inicia por sí solo la personalización. Está previsto que las etapas del pedido se registren mediante el portal.
2. Retrasos atribuibles a DEEC Studio
Si un retraso es atribuible a DEEC Studio, se comunicará el motivo y una nueva fecha estimada. Una solicitud de reembolso se evalúa conforme a las circunstancias del pedido y las condiciones aplicables; no se convierte automáticamente en una cancelación voluntaria ordinaria.
3. Solicitudes y derechos aplicables
Las solicitudes relativas a pagos, cancelaciones o reembolsos pueden enviarse a legal@deecstudio.site, indicando el pedido. Las condiciones de esta Política no limitan derechos que no puedan excluirse conforme a la legislación aplicable. El procesamiento de una transacción mediante Whop está sujeto también a los términos aplicables de ese proveedor.

Esta Política complementa los Términos y Condiciones de Compra. La Política de Privacidad describe el tratamiento de información del pedido y la Política de Propiedad Intelectual establece los derechos relativos al producto entregado. This Policy sets out the commercial conditions for payments, cancellations and refunds for DEEC Studio digital products. Prices are expressed in United States dollars (USD). The price and any applicable taxes or charges will be communicated to the customer before the purchase is confirmed, in accordance with the requirements of the relevant market. Payment is processed through Whop. The external services needed to operate the product are paid for separately, unless the offer expressly states otherwise.
1. Voluntary cancellation
- Before the effective start of customization: the customer may cancel and receive a full refund of the payment received (100%), even if materials have already been sent.
- After the effective start of customization and before the start of installation: a commercial refund of 50% applies.
- Once the installation or delivery process has begun: the commercial policy does not provide for a partial refund for voluntary cancellation.
Customization begins when DEEC receives the necessary information and materials through the designated portal or form. Sending incomplete materials does not in itself start customization. The stages of the order are expected to be recorded through the portal.
2. Delays attributable to DEEC Studio
If a delay is attributable to DEEC Studio, the reason and a new estimated date will be communicated. A refund request is assessed according to the circumstances of the order and the applicable conditions; it does not automatically become an ordinary voluntary cancellation.
3. Requests and applicable rights
Requests relating to payments, cancellations or refunds may be sent to legal@deecstudio.site, identifying the order. The conditions of this Policy do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. The processing of a transaction through Whop is also subject to that provider's applicable terms.

This Policy complements the Terms and Conditions of Purchase. The Privacy Policy describes the processing of order information, and the Intellectual Property Policy sets out the rights relating to the delivered product. The general use of the site is described in the Site Use Notice.

تحدد هذه السياسة الشروط التجارية للدفع والإلغاء واسترداد المبالغ المتعلقة بالمنتجات الرقمية لـ DEEC Studio. وتُعرض الأسعار بالدولار الأمريكي (USD). ويُبلغ العميل بالسعر وأي ضرائب أو رسوم منطبقة قبل تأكيد الشراء، وفق متطلبات السوق المعني. وتُعالج المدفوعات عبر Whop. وتُدفع تكاليف الخدمات الخارجية اللازمة لتشغيل المنتج بصورة منفصلة، ما لم ينص العرض صراحةً على خلاف ذلك.
1. الإلغاء الاختياري
- قبل البدء الفعلي في التخصيص: يجوز للعميل الإلغاء واسترداد كامل المبلغ المدفوع (100%)، حتى إذا كان قد أرسل المواد.
- بعد البدء الفعلي في التخصيص وقبل بدء التركيب: يُسترد 50% وفق السياسة التجارية.
- بعد بدء التركيب أو عملية التسليم: لا تنص السياسة التجارية على استرداد جزئي عند الإلغاء الاختياري.
يبدأ التخصيص عندما تتلقى DEEC المعلومات والمواد اللازمة عبر البوابة أو النموذج المحدد. ولا يؤدي إرسال مواد غير مكتملة، بحد ذاته، إلى بدء التخصيص. ومن المقرر أن تُسجل مراحل الطلب عبر البوابة.
2. التأخير المنسوب إلى DEEC Studio
إذا كان التأخير منسوباً إلى DEEC Studio، فسيُبلّغ العميل بالسبب وبموعد تقديري جديد. ويُقيّم طلب استرداد المبلغ بحسب ظروف الطلب والشروط المنطبقة، ولا يُعامل تلقائياً كإلغاء اختياري عادي.
3. الطلبات والحقوق المنطبقة
يمكن إرسال الطلبات المتعلقة بالدفع أو الإلغاء أو استرداد المبالغ إلى legal@deecstudio.site مع تحديد الطلب. ولا تحد هذه السياسة من الحقوق التي لا يجوز استبعادها بموجب القانون المنطبق. كما تخضع المعاملة التي تُعالج عبر Whop للشروط المنطبقة لذلك المزود.
4. المستندات ذات الصلة
تُكمل هذه السياسة شروط وأحكام الشراء. وتصف سياسة الخصوصية معالجة معلومات الطلب، وتحدد سياسة الملكية الفكرية الحقوق المتعلقة بالمنتج المسلّم. ويُوصف الاستخدام العام للموقع في إشعار استخدام الموقع.
