Esta Política describe los derechos sobre los productos digitales de DEEC Studio, el código fuente entregado y los materiales aportados por el cliente.
1. Derechos de DEEC Studio
DEEC Studio conserva los derechos que le correspondan sobre su tecnología base, arquitectura, componentes reutilizables, materiales preexistentes, marca y catálogo. La reutilización de esos elementos en distintos productos no transfiere sus derechos al cliente.
2. Código fuente y uso del cliente
El cliente recibe acceso al código fuente de su instalación mediante un repositorio GitHub asociado al pedido. Puede inspeccionar y modificar esa instalación para uso propio o contratar terceros para trabajar en ella. La versión entregada puede utilizarse indefinidamente, sujeto a las condiciones aplicables y a que los servicios externos necesarios permanezcan disponibles.
El acceso al código no transfiere automáticamente la propiedad de la tecnología base ni concede derecho general de reventa, sublicencia o distribución. El uso en sucursales se limita a sucursales de la misma empresa contratante; franquicias y entidades jurídicas independientes no quedan incluidas automáticamente.
3. Alcance de la entrega
El repositorio GitHub contiene el código y archivos del producto acordado. No garantiza por sí solo la recuperación integral de una instalación: bases de datos, secretos, credenciales, archivos cargados, configuración y servicios externos pueden encontrarse fuera del repositorio. El cliente mantiene las cuentas y servicios externos.
4. Materiales del cliente
Los materiales siguen perteneciendo a sus respectivos titulares. El cliente autoriza a DEEC Studio a recibirlos, almacenarlos, reproducirlos, adaptarlos y utilizarlos únicamente en la medida necesaria para gestionar el pedido, personalizar, probar, instalar y entregar el producto, así como prestar el soporte acordado. El cliente declara que dispone de los derechos o autorizaciones necesarios para proporcionar dichos materiales.
5. Terceros y modificaciones
Los componentes de terceros incluidos en el producto se rigen por sus licencias aplicables. El cliente puede contratar terceros para modificar su instalación. La garantía se mantiene para los componentes originales no afectados; los fallos causados por modificaciones se tratan conforme a los Términos y Condiciones de Compra.

This Policy describes the rights in DEEC Studio digital products, the delivered source code and the materials provided by the customer.
1. DEEC Studio's rights
DEEC Studio retains the rights that belong to it in its core technology, architecture, reusable components, pre-existing materials, brand and catalog. The reuse of those elements across different products does not transfer their rights to the customer.
2. Source code and customer use
The customer receives access to the source code of their installation through a GitHub repository associated with the order. They may inspect and modify that installation for their own use or hire third parties to work on it. The delivered version may be used indefinitely, subject to the applicable conditions and to the necessary external services remaining available.
Access to the code does not automatically transfer ownership of the core technology or grant a general right of resale, sublicensing or distribution. Use at branches is limited to branches of the same contracting company; franchises and independent legal entities are not automatically included.
3. Scope of delivery
The GitHub repository contains the code and files of the agreed product. It does not by itself guarantee the full recovery of an installation: databases, secrets, credentials, uploaded files, configuration and external services may be outside the repository. The customer maintains the external accounts and services.
4. Customer materials
The materials continue to belong to their respective owners. The customer authorizes DEEC Studio to receive, store, reproduce, adapt and use them only to the extent necessary to manage the order, customize, test, install and deliver the product, and to provide the agreed support. The customer declares that they hold the rights or authorizations necessary to provide those materials.
5. Third parties and modifications
Third-party components included in the product are governed by their applicable licenses. The customer may hire third parties to modify their installation. The warranty remains in place for the original components that are not affected; failures caused by modifications are handled in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Purchase.

1. حقوق DEEC Studio
تحتفظ DEEC Studio بما قد يكون لها من حقوق في تقنيتها الأساسية وبنيتها ومكوناتها القابلة لإعادة الاستخدام وموادها السابقة وعلامتها التجارية وكتالوجها. ولا يؤدي إعادة استخدام هذه العناصر في منتجات مختلفة إلى نقل حقوقها إلى العميل.
2. الكود المصدري واستخدام العميل
يحصل العميل على إمكانية الوصول إلى الكود المصدري لتركيبه عبر مستودع GitHub المرتبط بالطلب. ويجوز له فحص ذلك التركيب وتعديله لاستخدامه الخاص أو الاستعانة بأطراف ثالثة للعمل عليه. ويجوز استخدام النسخة المسلّمة إلى أجل غير محدد، مع مراعاة الشروط المنطبقة واستمرار توافر الخدمات الخارجية اللازمة.
لا ينقل الوصول إلى الكود تلقائياً ملكية التقنية الأساسية لـ DEEC Studio ولا يمنح حقاً عاماً في إعادة بيع المنتج أو الترخيص من الباطن أو توزيعه. ويقتصر الاستخدام في الفروع على فروع الشركة المتعاقدة نفسها؛ ولا تشمل الامتيازات التجارية أو الكيانات القانونية المنفصلة تلقائياً.
3. نطاق التسليم
يحتوي مستودع GitHub على الكود والملفات الخاصة بالمنتج المتفق عليه. ولا يضمن المستودع وحده استعادة التركيب بالكامل؛ فقد تكون قواعد البيانات والأسرار وبيانات الاعتماد والملفات المحمّلة والإعدادات والخدمات الخارجية خارج المستودع. ويحافظ العميل على حساباته وخدماته الخارجية.
4. مواد العميل
تظل حقوق المواد لأصحابها. ويأذن العميل لـ DEEC Studio باستلام المواد وتخزينها واستنساخها وتكييفها واستخدامها فقط بالقدر اللازم لإدارة الطلب والتخصيص والاختبار والتركيب والتسليم وتقديم الدعم المتفق عليه. ويقر العميل بأنه يملك الحقوق أو الأذونات اللازمة لتقديم المواد.
5. الأطراف الثالثة والتعديلات
تخضع مكونات الأطراف الثالثة المدرجة في المنتج لتراخيصها المنطبقة. ويجوز للعميل الاستعانة بأطراف ثالثة لتعديل تركيبه. ويظل الضمان سارياً على المكونات الأصلية التي لم تتأثر؛ وتُعالج الأعطال التي تسببها التعديلات وفق شروط وأحكام الشراء.
6. الإلغاء والتواصل
تُوصف آثار الإلغاء واسترداد المبالغ في سياسة الدفع والإلغاء واسترداد المبالغ. للاستفسار عن الحقوق أو الكود أو المواد: legal@deecstudio.site.
7. المستندات ذات الصلة
