Este Aviso describe el marco aplicable cuando DEEC Studio utiliza sistemas de inteligencia artificial (IA) en actividades operativas o en funciones de sus productos. Puede comprender, según el caso, elaboración de contenidos y documentos, análisis, automatización, asistencia operativa y procesamiento de información. La inclusión de una actividad no significa que todos los sistemas se utilicen para ella ni que todos los datos se transmitan a todos los proveedores.
1. Función y alcance
La función concreta, los datos involucrados y el proveedor dependen de la herramienta y actividad efectivamente utilizadas. Cuando una función de IA forme parte de un producto contratado, su alcance debe entenderse junto con la descripción específica del producto y los Términos y Condiciones de Compra.
2. Información procesada
Según la función, los sistemas de IA pueden procesar instrucciones, textos, materiales o información relacionada con una actividad operativa o un pedido. No todos los datos del cliente se utilizan en IA. El tratamiento de información personal sigue la Política de Privacidad.
3. Proveedores y tecnologías
DEEC Studio puede utilizar sistemas, modelos o proveedores de IA según las necesidades de la actividad o función. La participación de un proveedor depende del flujo concreto; este Aviso no afirma que un proveedor reciba todos los datos, que todos los sistemas se utilicen para todas las finalidades, ni prácticas específicas de entrenamiento, almacenamiento o transferencia que no hayan sido confirmadas.
4. Resultados y revisión
Los resultados generados por IA pueden ser inexactos, incompletos o no adecuados para un contexto particular. Deben revisarse antes de confiar en ellos para decisiones o incorporarlos a un producto o comunicación. No constituyen por sí solos asesoramiento profesional ni garantizan resultados comerciales.
5. Decisiones automatizadas
Este Aviso no significa que todas las decisiones operativas o comerciales de DEEC Studio se tomen mediante IA ni que una decisión sobre una persona se base exclusivamente en un sistema automatizado. La función y el tratamiento específico dependen del proceso en que se utilice la herramienta.
6. Contenido y propiedad intelectual
Los derechos sobre los materiales proporcionados por el cliente, el código, los componentes reutilizables y los productos entregados se rigen por la Política de Propiedad Intelectual y los Términos y Condiciones de Compra. Este Aviso no concede derechos adicionales sobre resultados o materiales.

This Notice describes the framework that applies when DEEC Studio uses artificial intelligence (AI) systems in operational activities or in product functions. Depending on the case, this may include producing content and documents, analysis, automation, operational assistance and information processing. The inclusion of an activity does not mean that all systems are used for it or that all data is transmitted to every provider.
1. Function and scope
The specific function, the data involved and the provider depend on the tool and activity actually used. When an AI function is part of a purchased product, its scope must be understood together with the specific product description and the Terms and Conditions of Purchase.
2. Information processed
Depending on the function, AI systems may process instructions, texts, materials or information related to an operational activity or an order. Not all customer data is used in AI. The processing of personal information follows the Privacy Policy.
3. Providers and technologies
DEEC Studio may use AI systems, models or providers according to the needs of the activity or function. The participation of a provider depends on the specific workflow; this Notice does not state that a provider receives all data, that all systems are used for all purposes, or any specific training, storage or transfer practices that have not been confirmed.
4. Results and review
AI-generated results may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for a particular context. They should be reviewed before being relied on for decisions or incorporated into a product or communication. They do not by themselves constitute professional advice or guarantee commercial results.
5. Automated decisions
This Notice does not mean that all operational or commercial decisions of DEEC Studio are made through AI, or that a decision about a person is based exclusively on an automated system. The specific function and processing depend on the process in which the tool is used.
6. Content and intellectual property
The rights in materials provided by the customer, the code, the reusable components and the delivered products are governed by the Intellectual Property Policy and the Terms and Conditions of Purchase. This Notice does not grant additional rights in results or materials.

3. المزودون والتقنيات
قد تستخدم DEEC Studio أنظمة أو نماذج أو مزودين للذكاء الاصطناعي وفق احتياجات النشاط أو الوظيفة. وتعتمد مشاركة المزود على سير العمل المحدد. ولا يفيد هذا الإشعار بأن مزوداً يتلقى جميع البيانات أو أن جميع الأنظمة تُستخدم لكل غرض، كما لا يقدم ادعاءات غير مؤكدة بشأن التدريب أو التخزين أو النقل.
4. النتائج والمراجعة
قد تكون النتائج التي يولدها الذكاء الاصطناعي غير دقيقة أو ناقصة أو غير ملائمة لسياق معين. وينبغي مراجعتها قبل الاعتماد عليها في القرارات أو إدراجها في منتج أو تواصل. ولا تشكل بحد ذاتها مشورة مهنية ولا تضمن نتائج تجارية.
5. القرارات الآلية
لا يعني هذا الإشعار أن جميع القرارات التشغيلية أو التجارية لـ DEEC Studio تُتخذ باستخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي، أو أن قراراً بشأن شخص يعتمد حصراً على نظام آلي. وتعتمد الوظيفة والمعالجة المحددتان على العملية التي تُستخدم فيها الأداة.
6. المحتوى والملكية الفكرية
تخضع الحقوق المتعلقة بمواد العميل والكود والمكونات القابلة لإعادة الاستخدام والمنتجات المسلّمة لـسياسة الملكية الفكرية وشروط وأحكام الشراء. ولا يمنح هذا الإشعار حقوقاً إضافية في النتائج أو المواد.
