Este Aviso regula el uso del sitio web de DEEC Studio. DEEC Studio es la marca bajo la que se presentan y comercializan productos digitales especializados por industria, agrupados bajo DEEC Business Suite. Este Aviso se refiere al sitio y no sustituye las condiciones de compra, privacidad, cookies, inteligencia artificial o propiedad intelectual aplicables a un pedido.
1. Uso del sitio
El sitio puede utilizarse para conocer DEEC Studio y sus productos. El usuario debe utilizarlo de forma lícita y no interferir con su seguridad, funcionamiento ni con los derechos de otras personas.
2. Información de los productos
Cada producto tiene funciones y procesos propios. La compra corresponde a un producto definido, con personalización delimitada e instalación inicial según el alcance contratado; no es una suscripción a DEEC Studio ni un encargo de desarrollo abierto. La descripción comercial y los Términos y Condiciones de Compra determinan el alcance de cada pedido. Las funciones futuras no están garantizadas ni se incluyen automáticamente.
3. Información general
La información general del sitio no garantiza ventas, ingresos, captación de clientes ni otros resultados comerciales. El cliente administra su negocio, contenido e instalación conforme a sus propias obligaciones.
4. Contenido y propiedad intelectual
Los derechos sobre la tecnología base, arquitectura y componentes reutilizables de DEEC Studio permanecen con DEEC Studio en la medida que le correspondan. El acceso al sitio no transfiere derechos sobre sus materiales. El código fuente que se entregue con una compra se rige por los Términos y Condiciones de Compra y la Política de Propiedad Intelectual.
5. Disponibilidad

6. Portal temporal individual
El portal individual y temporal del cliente está previsto para gestionar el pedido y las confirmaciones de pago, recibir información y materiales, registrar la personalización y sus pausas, comunicar fechas y confirmaciones, registrar la entrega, gestionar tickets y atender asuntos de la garantía de 30 días. El enlace se desactiva al finalizar el periodo aplicable. El portal no es una suscripción ni un servicio permanente.
El pago se procesa mediante Whop. El portal sirve para la gestión del pedido y no implica por sí mismo que procese los datos de pago. El funcionamiento técnico de cada etapa depende de la implementación utilizada.
7. Servicios externos
El cliente contrata, paga y mantiene por separado los servicios externos necesarios para operar su instalación, salvo que una oferta indique expresamente lo contrario. La disponibilidad y condiciones de esos servicios dependen de sus proveedores.
8. Conductas no permitidas
No se permite intentar acceso no autorizado, introducir código malicioso, eludir controles de seguridad, interferir con el sitio, imponer cargas excesivas, copiar materiales sin autorización o utilizar el sitio para cometer fraude o infringir derechos.
9. Relación con otros documentos
La Política de Privacidad, Política de Cookies, Aviso de Uso de Inteligencia Artificial, Política de Pagos, Cancelaciones y Reembolsos, Términos y Condiciones de Compra y Política de Propiedad Intelectual complementan este Aviso según el asunto. This Notice governs the use of the DEEC Studio website. DEEC Studio is the brand under which industry-specialized digital products, grouped under DEEC Business Suite, are presented and sold. This Notice refers to the site and does not replace the purchase, privacy, cookie, artificial intelligence or intellectual property terms that apply to an order.
1. Use of the site
The site may be used to learn about DEEC Studio and its products. Users must use it lawfully and must not interfere with its security or operation, or with the rights of other persons.
2. Product information
Each product has its own functions and processes. A purchase is for a defined product, with limited customization and an initial installation within the contracted scope; it is not a subscription to DEEC Studio or an open-ended development engagement. The commercial description and the Terms and Conditions of Purchase determine the scope of each order. Future features are not guaranteed and are not automatically included.
3. General information
The general information on the site does not guarantee sales, revenue, customer acquisition or other commercial results. The customer manages their business, content and installation in accordance with their own obligations.
4. Content and intellectual property
The rights in DEEC Studio's core technology, architecture and reusable components remain with DEEC Studio to the extent they belong to it. Access to the site does not transfer rights in its materials. Source code delivered with a purchase is governed by the Terms and Conditions of Purchase and the Intellectual Property Policy.
5. Availability
The site may experience interruptions or changes. This provision refers to the site and does not modify the delivery or warranty obligations assumed for a confirmed order.
6. Individual temporary portal
The customer's individual, temporary portal is intended to manage the order and payment confirmations, receive information and materials, record the customization and its pauses, communicate dates and confirmations, record delivery, manage tickets and handle matters under the 30-day warranty. The link is deactivated at the end of the applicable period. The portal is not a subscription or a permanent service.
Payment is processed through Whop. The portal serves to manage the order and does not in itself imply that it processes payment data. The technical operation of each stage depends on the implementation used.
7. External services
The customer separately contracts, pays for and maintains the external services needed to operate their installation, unless an offer expressly states otherwise. The availability and terms of those services depend on their providers.
8. Prohibited conduct
Attempting unauthorized access, introducing malicious code, circumventing security controls, interfering with the site, imposing excessive loads, copying materials without authorization, or using the site to commit fraud or infringe rights is not permitted.
9. Relationship with other documents
The Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Artificial Intelligence Use Notice, Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy, Terms and Conditions of Purchase and Intellectual Property Policy complement this Notice according to the subject matter. In particular, the specific conditions of a purchase are governed by the Terms and Conditions of Purchase and the Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy.

لا تضمن المعلومات العامة في الموقع مبيعات أو إيرادات أو اكتساب عملاء أو أي نتائج تجارية أخرى. ويدير العميل نشاطه ومحتواه وتركيبه وفق التزاماته الخاصة.
4. المحتوى والملكية الفكرية
تحتفظ DEEC Studio بما قد يكون لها من حقوق في تقنيتها الأساسية وبنيتها ومكوناتها القابلة لإعادة الاستخدام. ولا ينقل الدخول إلى الموقع حقوقاً في مواده. ويخضع الكود المصدري الذي يُسلّم مع عملية شراء لـشروط وأحكام الشراء وسياسة الملكية الفكرية.
5. التوافر

من المقرر أن تدعم بوابة العميل الفردية والمؤقتة دورة الطلب، بما يشمل التأكيدات واستلام المعلومات والمواد والتخصيص وفترات التوقف والتسليم وتذاكر الدعم وضمان الثلاثين يوماً. ومن المقرر أن تظل متاحة خلال المشروع وفترة الضمان، ثم يُعطّل رابطها. ولا تمثل البوابة اشتراكاً ولا خدمة دائمة.
تُعالج المدفوعات عبر Whop. وتُستخدم البوابة لإدارة الطلب، ولا يعني ذلك بحد ذاته أنها تعالج بيانات الدفع. ويعتمد التشغيل التقني لكل مرحلة على التنفيذ المستخدم.
7. الخدمات الخارجية
يتعاقد العميل ويدفع ويحافظ بصورة منفصلة على الخدمات الخارجية اللازمة لتشغيل تركيبه، ما لم ينص العرض صراحةً على خلاف ذلك. ويعتمد توافر تلك الخدمات وشروطها على مزوديها.
8. السلوك المحظور
لا يجوز محاولة الوصول غير المصرح به، أو إدخال شيفرات ضارة، أو تجاوز ضوابط الأمن، أو التدخل في الموقع، أو فرض أحمال مفرطة، أو نسخ المواد دون إذن، أو استخدام الموقع للاحتيال أو انتهاك الحقوق.
9. المستندات ذات الصلة
تُكمل هذا الإشعار، بحسب الموضوع، سياسة الخصوصية وسياسة ملفات تعريف الارتباط وإشعار استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي وسياسة الدفع والإلغاء واسترداد المبالغ وشروط وأحكام الشراء وسياسة الملكية الفكرية. وعلى وجه الخصوص، تخضع الشروط الخاصة بالشراء لشروط وأحكام الشراء وسياسة الدفع والإلغاء واسترداد المبالغ.
